Our community programmes

Welcome to NSL Village Hall, a modernised 18th century school in the heart of Newton St Loe.

Our goal is to support the community in ways which residents, new and old alike, want to see.

​

On a formal basis, we are the home of the parish council which meets regularly, nominally monthly, to serve the residents of the parish, to advise on planning permission applications, and make the parish an attractive and welcoming home. We also service as the electoral polling station for all local and national elections.

​

On a community centred basis we offer space for a range of programmes for residents and others in the community. Our programmes include fitness classes, craft workshops, skittle nights, and more.

​

Using our full-fibre broadband and video projection facilities, we offer the ability to provide a welcoming venue for sports events, films, training programmes and music gigs. Why watch the rugby, Wimbledon or a Formula 1 race at home when you can share the excitement with others?
